The CarePlanner Mobile App provides care workers with convenient and secure access to essential information during client visits. Care workers can:

• View a list of their scheduled appointments
• Access appointment details, including client address, entry instructions, third-party contact information, and Care Plans
• Review travel information between appointments
• Check their time off
• Get insights on other carers assigned to the appointment
• Read handover notes from previous carers who visited the client
• Log in and out of appointments using the clients’ specified call monitoring method
• Send check-in and check-out notes or other notes using customizable categories
• Record crucial details about the appointment, medication administrations, and task completion confirmations
• Receive push notifications when an appointment is scheduled to begin

Continuous feedback is encouraged and facilitated through the in-app reporting tool for seamless communication.
